What do you expect me to have at home?
Chefs Plate makes it easy to prepare, cook and enjoy our weekly recipes. From your kitchen pantry, you’ll need salt, pepper and cooking oil (vegetable, canola or a blend). We also recommend a good olive oil. Everything else is supplied in our boxes.
Our Culinary Team ensures cooking each recipe on our unique weekly menus can be accomplished with standard kitchen equipment. We suggest having the following on hand for speed and success:
- Chef’s knife (find out here how to pick the right one for you)
- Pot set with lids
- Frying pan set (nonstick and oven-safe is preferable)
- Baking sheets
- Casserole dish
- Parchment paper
- Measuring spoons and cups
- Digital meat thermometer (optional)
